Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
In line with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply let us know before the 14-day period has expired using the contact details below.
Hair Care Products
Because our hair cream is a cosmetic product, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of the BOF Natural Hair Cream if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Once the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
Music & USB Products
Our USB albums contain copyrighted audio content. Once the packaging has been opened, these items cannot be returned or refunded, in line with standard rules for sealed digital and audio/video media — unless the item is defective or faulty.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement, and cover any return shipping costs in this case.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
